Hosokawa Polymer Systems Introduces Their Heavy Duty Model 1626 Granulator Fitted with Feed Roll System

Hosokawa Polymer Systems heavy duty 1626 granulator has been fitted with our new roll feed system.  This new option is designed to allow easy feeding of film and sheet scrap reclaim into the granulator hopper.   

A variable speed motor drives counter-rotating rolls to pull the material into the granulator hopper. Roll pressure on material is pneumatically controlled and input speed is infinitely variable so that  the drive can be set at the optimum speeds for any application.  Material can be manually or automatically fed into the roll feed hopper.

The roll feed option is available on a variety of Hosokawa Polymer Systems granulators, with openings from 6' to 98' wide.  A wide variety of other granulator "feeding" options such as machines adapted to fully automated systems, unusual material shapes and sizes and multiple feed applications are available.
